Verónica Linares - Leadership Consultant and Coach
Verónica is an executive coach and leadership facilitator with over 20 years’ corporate experience in global organisations, including PwC, Mondelez and Coty.
Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles across Finance and HR, leading teams in the UK, the US, and internationally, and working closely with senior leaders navigating complexity, growth, and transformation.
Since qualifying as a coach in 2016, Verónica has supported hundreds of leaders and teams through coaching, leadership development, and culture-focused work. She brings a rare combination of deep organisational experience and a human, reflective approach, helping leaders expand awareness, strengthen relationships, and lead with greater intention and responsibility.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership, inner work, and systems. She is known for creating safe, thoughtful spaces where leaders can slow down, reflect honestly, and reconnect with what matters, enabling more sustainable, values-led leadership in practice. She brings the care, depth, and a strong sense of responsibility to her work with leaders and organisations.
Alongside her coaching and facilitation work, Verónica is training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, further deepening how she listens, works with patterns, and supports leaders facing questions of identity, authority, and impact. Verónica holds an MBA, is a qualified accountant (CIMA), and is a credentialed coach accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile and Barrett Values tools. Her professional development includes training in applied neuroscience, relational trauma, systemic constellations, group dynamics, and leadership transformation.
Originally from Bilbao, Spain, Verónica remains deeply connected to her home city and culture. She has been based in the UK since 1997 and is the mother of three sons, her greatest source of learning, purpose, and inspiration.
