Mary is an experienced leadership consultant and coach who specialises in helping leaders embody full spectrum leadership intelligence, to build conscious leadership capacity from the inside out.

Trained in Integral Development, she draws on a rich vocabulary of development skills and practices, as well as Somatic Psychology, to help clients at all stages of the leadership journey.

She has coached and mentored senior management professionals, talent, and teams for FTSE 100 organisations, in the finance, retail and insurance sectors. She has pioneered collaborative development in Development Circles, coaching senior leader teams through programmes, both in-person, and through virtual format delivery, across global satellite offices.

With a background in psychology and as a researcher and journalist for The Sunday Times and the Sunday Telegraph in her first career, Mary brings her experience of navigating the white-water of industry change, to her understanding and facilitation of change management.
