Cathy Manning
Cathy Manning - Leadership Consultant and Coach
Cathy is an organisational change consultant and coaching practitioner with almost 20 years' experience at the intersection of leadership development, culture, and systems change. She is known for her capacity to see people, patterns, and systems with unusual depth and clarity - a foundation she believes is essential for architecting meaningful change.
Her career began as an in-house consultant for a global telecommunications company, working across the UK, Singapore, and the wider APAC region. Since then, she has partnered with organisations across FMCG, technology, financial services, building and construction, engineering and the public sector, as well as youth and community organisations, designing mission-led programmes that build resilience and changemaking.
Cathy helps leaders and organisations navigate complexity with integrity and empathy. She's relational, straight-talking, and uncompromising about doing the real work - in herself, her relationships, and the wider systems she enters. Her human-centred approach integrates transactional analysis and systems thinking, honed over thousands of hours working with individuals and groups. She holds memberships with the ICF, NCPS, and UKCP.
Cathy lives in the Cotswolds (UK) with her family and their much-loved dog. Her personal values - truth, adventure, and freedom - shape how she lives as much as how she works. She finds joy and restoration in countryside walks, travel, and literature. Whilst she would much prefer swimming in a warm ocean in Asia, she is determined to give wild swimming a go this spring!
